Our cats and kittens are eager to bring purrs, play, and affection into your home. Each one has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms. Our adoption fee is $350 for domestic breeds and $850 for Pedigree cats.
Hi, we're Lilo and Stitch, brothers who’ve been through a lot together. After being viciously attacked by a dog, we were left unable to move, but Kitten Rescue Australia saved us just in time. We’ve made a full recovery, and now we're inseparable. Our bond is unbreakable, and we can only be adopted as a pair. We’re ready to fill your home with double the love, purrs, and cuddles, and we’re looking for a family who will cherish us for who we are.
Hope is a true survivor, and her journey is nothing short of miraculous. Despite the rough start to her life, she has become the sweetest, most joyful little soul you could ever meet. She does have a minor condition called eye agenesis, but she’s been seen by specialists who believe surgery isn’t necessary since she can close her eyes fully when she blinks and sleeps. This condition doesn’t slow her down one bit—she’s perfectly content and healthy, bringing love and light wherever she goes. Hope is ready to find a forever home where she’ll be cherished and adored for the wonderful little girl she is.
Hi, my name is Jack. When I was a kitten, I lived on the street. I had really bad cat flu. And from that, I had a terrible eye infection. Kitten Rescue Australia rescued me and took me to get the medical care I needed, including eye removal surgery. Now, I have only one eye, but I don’t see myself different from any other cat.
Losing an eye didn’t change my spirit. I still play, pounce, and snuggle just like all my other fur friends. I might see the world a little differently now, but that just means I find new ways to appreciate all the love around me. Every day, I’m grateful for the kindness that saved me. Kitten Rescue Australia gave me a second chance, and now, I’m ready to give all my love to a family who sees me for who I am—just a happy, loving cat who’s ready to fill their home with purrs and cuddles.
Hi, my name is Alexander, and I’m six months old. My life didn’t start off easy. I was born into a world where food and water were hard to come by, leaving me smaller and weaker than other kittens my age. I don’t remember how I ended up alone in a park, but I do remember how scared and cold I felt. That’s when Kitten Rescue Australia found me, just in time.
When they rescued me, I was in really bad shape. I had severe cat flu, and my eyes were sealed shut. I couldn’t see the world around me, but I could feel the love and care that surrounded me as I was rushed to the emergency vet. I spent 8 long days in the hospital fighting pneumonia and a parasitic blood infection. Those were the hardest days of my little life, but the kindness of those who cared for me gave me the strength to keep going.
Now, I’m happy and healthy, thanks to my rescue mum who didn’t give up on me. I do have a little wobble when I walk, a result of the severe infection I had as a kitten that affected me neurologically. But I like to think it just makes me special. My wobble doesn’t stop me from loving with all my heart, and I’ve got so much love to give.
All I need now is a forever home where I can share that love. If you’re looking for a companion who’s been through tough times and come out stronger, I promise I’ll fill your life with endless gratitude, joy, and the purest kind of love. Will you be the one to give me the home I’ve been waiting for?
Hi, my name is Wobbles, a.k.a. Teddy. I once lived with my mum and siblings underneath a house where she thought we’d be safe. But the owner of the house found us, and at just two weeks old, he threw me and my siblings over the fence. Tragically, three of my siblings didn’t survive, and I was left with head trauma from the fall. As a result, I have tremors and am a little wobbly, but I’m just like every other cat in my heart. Despite the rough start, I’m full of love and gratitude. I may wobble a bit, but it doesn’t stop me from being playful, affectionate, and eager to connect with you. I cherish every cuddle, every purr, and every moment of warmth. I’ve come a long way, and all I want now is to share my loving spirit with a family who will see past my tremors and appreciate me for the sweet, gentle soul I am. Adopt me, and together, we can create a bond that proves that even the wobbliest of hearts can be filled with endless love and joy.
Hi, my name is Billy. I was born with Swimmer's Syndrome, a condition in cats where the legs splay out to the sides, making it difficult to walk. But don't worry—I’ve learned to adapt in my own special way! I used to live on the streets with my mum and brother. Mum was so good at hiding us because, sadly, all her other litters had been taken away from her. Just before Kitten Rescue Australia found us, my brother got really sick. I was rescued first, and KRA came back the next day to rescue my brother too, but sadly he had passed away. I miss him, but I know he’s watching over me. Now, I live with my fur siblings at KRA, and even though I have a deformity in my legs, it doesn’t stop me from being who I am. I can climb, roll over, and most importantly, I can show so much love. I’m looking for a forever home where I can share all the love I have to give. I know that when I find that home, I’ll be able to give my place KRA to another kitty who needs it, just like I did. I promise that if you take me in, I’ll fill your life with endless purrs, cuddles, and a whole lot of heart. I’m ready to love and be loved—could you be my forever family?
Hi, my name is Chloe. I was put in a box with my six kittens, taken to a park, and abandoned. Confused, alone, and not knowing where I was, I got out of the box and looked around, only to find myself in unfamiliar surroundings. I sat next to the box, near my babies, for hours, unsure of what would happen to us.
Then, a miracle happened—Kitten Rescue Australia found us. They took me and my six babies in, providing us with the safety and care we desperately needed. Now, we’re safe, warm, and surrounded by love. I’m hoping to find a forever home where I will be cherished and cared for, and for my kittens to find their own forever homes where they can grow up without ever knowing fear or abandonment again.
After everything we’ve been through, all I wish for is a life filled with love, gentle hands, and warm laps—for both me and my little ones. I’m ready to give my heart to a family that will treasure me, and I dream of my babies finding loving homes where they’ll know nothing but kindness. Could you be the one to make our dreams come true?
Female, 12 months
Meet Scarlett!
Scarlett is a playful and adventurous kitty who loves being involved in everything the family does. With her beautiful green eyes and affectionate nature, she often greets you with head butts and face rubs in the morning, seeking cuddles and love.
Scarlett thrives in an apartment setting and must be kept strictly indoors or in a fully cat-safe outdoor setup for her safety. She would do best with a young, playful buddy, but might be too energetic for older or independent cats. A family without young children or cat-savvy teenagers who understand her boundaries would be the perfect match for this sweet girl.

Kiara is an 8-month-old sweetheart who was rescued with her siblings after being found abandoned in a box at a train station. She is incredibly affectionate and loves to be petted. Kiara is a gentle and sweet girl who gets along well with other cats.
It would be wonderful if Kiara could be adopted with her sister, as they are the last two from their litter looking for their forever homes. If you’re looking for a loving and gentle companion, Kiara is ready to fill your home with warmth and affection.
Hi, my name is Coco. When I was only six months old, I was surrendered to a shelter where I sat in a cage for over a year. I was very scared hearing all the other dogs and cats barking and crying out, so I hid most of my days behind my litter tray. Days would come and go, and people would walk straight by me, heading towards the cute kittens who were quickly adopted. I was overlooked because I was older, a little timid, and not as playful as the younger ones.
Not long ago, Kitten Rescue Australia saw me and rescued me from the shelter, taking me into their care. I now get to roam around freely with all the other cats and have a plush pink bed that I love sleeping on. I would really love to find my forever home and a family that will adore me for who I am and the love that I have to give. I'm still a little shy since my interactions with humans were limited while I was in that cage for so long, but I’m learning to trust again. I’m just looking for a patient and loving family who will love me forever.

If you’re looking for a loving and serene companion to enrich your home, Leo is ready to bring his warmth and gentle spirit into your life.
Theodore, our senior boy of around 12 years, endured heartache when his previous family callously abandoned him, leaving him to navigate the harsh world alone. In desperate need of dental surgery, Theodore's journey took a turn for the better when I rescued him. He underwent necessary dental extractions and received comprehensive care, including being desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Despite the challenges he faced, Theodore has spent nearly 8 months in foster care, patiently awaiting a loving home. Sadly, he often gets overlooked amid the adorable kittens. Theodore has an abundance of love to share; he's remarkably affectionate and revels in the warmth of human companionship. While his past remains a mystery, he appears apprehensive around other cats, but his heart opens wide for the love and affection bestowed by humans. A gentle soul, Theodore spends most of his days in peaceful slumber.
Please consider embracing the sweet sadness of Theodore's story and opening your heart to the companionship of a senior cat. In his twilight years, Theodore yearns for a home he can call his own, filled with the warmth and love he deserves. 💔🐾
We are always in need of foster carers to look after our cats and kittens while we find them a loving and permanent home. If you're interested in fostering, please fill out this form and we'll be in touch!
