I’m about a year old, and even though I’ve had a rough start, I’m still one of the happiest boys you’ll ever meet. My old family moved away and left me behind, so I survived by crossing the road every day to visit a kind lady who fed me. One day, while trying to reach her home, I was hit by a car and my leg was badly broken.

I lived with that broken leg for months, doing my best to stay strong, until the kind lady finally managed to get a rescue involved. The moment they saw me, they took me in and rushed me to the vet. Sadly, my leg couldn’t be saved, and it had to be amputated.

But even after everything I’ve been through, I’m still full of love, joy, and affection. I’m the kind of boy who lights up a room and brings warmth to anyone lucky enough to share their life with me.

I was adopted when I was just a tiny 12-week-old kitten, and I thought I’d found my forever home. But recently, another cat moved in, and things got really scary for me. He didn’t like me much, and I ended up being bullied every day. I was so stressed that I developed a UTI, and then… my owner decided to keep the new cat and give me up.

That’s how I ended up here, in foster care. My foster carer says I’m an angel — I just want to feel safe again, to curl up in peace, and to be loved like I used to be. She’s going overseas soon, so now I really need someone new to look after me.

I’m FIV positive, but that doesn’t stop me from living a happy, comfortable, and love-filled life.

Life wasn’t always easy for me. I came from some pretty awful conditions, but you wouldn’t know it meeting me now. I’m friendly, confident, and always up for a game, a cuddle, or a snack (or all three!).
